I mean, a complete 36-volume edition of the works of the author you studied for $60 sounds AMAZING value. I'd've jumped on it!
I did! I still have it (mostly in storage, but the letters-and-diaries volumes are on or near my desk right now, waiting for the translation that I've been working on for, er, very many years now).
and I hadn't heard of that poet before, but his work sounds fascinating! A few hundred pounds may be cheap at the price.
